What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Team Lead Sourcing. The role holder is responsible for managing a team which provides leadership, support, guidance, tools, methodologies, governance and processes across the entire sourcing and supplier management lifecycle.

Your accountabilities

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Responsible for ongoing implementation and assurance of Sourcing and Supplier Management policies and processes from 1st Line perspective
  • Define and maintain the effective 3rd Party management risk framework
  • Ensure that the sourcing process for all relevant third parties of the policy is completed
  • Coordination of sourcing initiatives with stakeholders in the business and Compliance
  • Support the business with regular risk assessment activities of outsourcing relationships and their subcontractors
  • Responsible for the risk analysis for IT suppliers
  • Maintain the overview of internal service provisioning as well as outsourcing and third-party suppliers
  • Support the business with annual and regular review of risk assessments for suppliers
  • Provide ongoing support to supplier managers in respect to the implementation of the KPIs defined by the bank
  • Provide advice on the usage of tools for the local sourcing process
  • Initiate, design, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver process improvement projects
  • Support the business with the choice of new suppliers based on the bank’s regulatory and quality requirements
  • Responsible for the preparation, documentation and annual testing of exit documentation for suppliers

Who are you and what do we ask from you?

Qualifications

Recognised master’s degree in the area of business administration or law and several years relevant practical experience within a bank/ financial institution

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

You have experience in risk management

You have strong stakeholder management skills up to department head level

You have experience in leading a team and coaching colleagues

You are in pocession of strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English

You have good information analysis/interpretation skills and PC literate (MS Office)
