Your role

For our Technology & Change team, we’re looking for a Technology Solutions Analyst. In this role, you’ll help translate business needs into smart, scalable IT solutions. You’ll work across architecture, analysis, and delivery—designing and implementing technology that supports our transformation journey and keeps us compliant with evolving regulations.

A Day in the Life of a Technology Solutions Analyst
09:00 – Morning Sync
You kick off the day with a quick stand-up to align with the project team. A new regulatory requirement has come in, and you’re already thinking about how to translate it into a technical solution.
10:30 – Solution Design
You lead a working session with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to design a new system integration. You map out the architecture and assess feasibility, cost, and compliance.
12:30 – Lunch Break
You grab lunch with a few colleagues and chat about the latest developments in cloud infrastructure and automation.
13:30 – Agile Collaboration
