Your role
As our Payroll & HR Reporting Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate payroll, compensation, and benefits administration, while transforming HR data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Lloyds Bank Amsterdam Branch.
A Day in the Life of a Payroll & HR Reporting Specialist
Your day starts with a quick check of the payroll dashboard. Making sure everything is running smoothly and all data is up to date. You review any flagged items from the previous day and coordinate with the payroll provider (ADP IHCM) to resolve them.
Mid-morning, you compile the monthly Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the Risk department and prepare a headcount report for senior management. You enjoy transforming raw HR data into clear visuals using Power BI, helping the business make informed decisions.
After lunch, you handle pension and insurance updates, respond to employee queries about compensation and benefits, and ensure all documentation is accurate and audit-ready. You might also work on improving a reporting process or updating the Org Chart in Personio (our new HR System).
Toward the end of the day, you meet with the Head of HR to discuss upcoming audits and brainstorm ways to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency. You wrap up by reviewing your task list, making notes for tomorrow, and maybe even exploring a new AI tool to automate part of your workflow.
