You will be part of the Corporate Business Development team. The team is growing throughout the programme phase and is currently composed of 6 people across Coverage, Product, Credit and Operations. The role of the Credit Analyst will also be part of the wider Programme Incubator team across several departments, set-up to make the Corporate Lending Programme a success. We are a diverse group of professionals who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and excellence and value who you are as much as what you can do.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct high-quality financial and business analysis and prepare clear credit proposals.

  • Monitor portfolio performance and covenants, ensuring early identification of emerging risks.

  • Work closely with Relationship Management, Product, Risk and Legal teams to ensure consistent credit outcomes and strong adherence to governance standards.

In the afternoon, you partner with Product, Risk, Legal and Relationship Management to resolve structural questions, progress approvals and ensure robust monitoring across portfolio.

Alongside your daily business as usual responsibility, you also play an active role in driving the Credit Programmes credit workstream forward – contributing to the design of future credit processes, enhancing monitoring standard and helping embed the tolls and governance that will define our European Corporate Banking platform.
