Your role
At Lloyds Bank, we may be part of a large international banking group, but we operate like a close-knit, agile team. With a focused business model and a collaborative culture, we’re big enough to make an impact—and small enough for you to make yours.
We’re looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our Risk Transformation & Analytics team within the Non-Financial Risk Department. In this role, you’ll help shape how we manage non-financial risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our control environment.
A day in the life of a Senior Risk Manager
09:00 – Risk Radar
You start your day by reviewing recent regulatory updates and assessing their impact on our compliance framework. You flag a new EU directive and begin translating it into actionable steps.
10:30 – Team Collaboration
You join a working session with colleagues from Non Financial Risk teams to align on a new control process. You help clarify how policy changes affect local procedures.
12:30 – Lunch Break
You catch up with teammates over lunch and share insights from a recent industry webinar on risk innovation.
13:30 – Policy in Practice
You conduct a gap analysis between Group policies and Dutch regulations, preparing recommendations for a waiver request.
15:00 – Project Leadership
You lead the Compliance workstream in a cross-functional change project, coordinating with IT and external partners to ensure smooth implementation.
16:30 – Wrap-Up
You document today’s findings and prepare a short training module to raise awareness on emerging compliance risks.
Which team will you be joining?
You’ll be part of the Risk Transformation & Analytics team—a dynamic group within the Non-Financial Risk Department, consisting of risk managers and data analysts. We work closely with colleagues across the bank to ensure our operations are safe, compliant, and future-ready. We value ownership, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

- Experience translating policy into operational processes
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders across departments
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or German is a plus)

- Comfortable working independently and proposing final solutions
Some highlights of our benefits for you!
- 13th month salary, either paid monthly or once a year in December
