A day in the life of a Team Lead Business Analysis

Your day starts by setting priorities and preparing for key meetings where you guide and challenge from a Business Analysis perspective. You continuously refine frameworks, templates and ways of working to ensure high-quality, consistent analysis across all teams.

You connect with Product Owners and stakeholders to steer ongoing initiatives, ensuring the right level of analysis is applied and aligned with agreed standards. Where needed, you challenge assumptions and help shape better, more structured solutions.

Throughout the day, you collaborate with partners such as PMO to further professionalise the discipline - strengthening governance, standardisation and alignment with the Change Delivery Framework.

You review analysis deliverables, providing focused feedback to ensure quality, consistency and reusability, while identifying broader improvement opportunities across the team.
