Your role
At Lloyds Bank, colleagues and customers come first. We are an international organisation where ownership, collaboration and quality are key. We are looking for a Data Steward to strengthen our Lending Domain. In this role, you ensure that lending data is accurate, controlled, traceable and audit‑ready, enabling the business, Risk and Reporting teams to rely on trusted data.If you enjoy hands‑on execution, working within a structured governance framework and being close to the business, this role is for you.
As a Data Steward, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of data management activities within the Lending Domain. Acting as the first line of defence, you ensure that domain‑owned data is complete, consistent and properly documented across systems.
Your work enables downstream teams such as Credit Risk and Modelling to work with reliable inputs. While others perform analytics, you ensure the underlying data can be trusted and evidenced.
In short: this role is how the Lending Domain demonstrates that its data is correct and under control.

You update issue statuses, document outcomes and prepare priorities for the next day.
Which team will you be joining?
